This quiz is on the shorter side. It is done a little differently as you actually have to rate yourself in each of the 4 categories as low, below average, average, above average and high. The goal of this quiz is to get an idea of what you are good at, or at least what you think you are good at. The problem is that it is not very accurate. The rating system seems to be a bit too vague.

For this quiz, you have to sign up for a free membership to actually receive your results. This requires providing personal information. It focuses on interests and personality. It is relatively short, but the questions are vague and the 5 answers you have to choose from may not apply to everyone. They also send you to a college finder website before you receive your results.

This quiz isn’t super short but it goes pretty quick with 60, 2 choice questions. There are a pretty wide variety of questions here that focus on things like personality, interests and work ethic. However, they won’t show you your results unless you purchase a package. With this one you don’t even get partial results.
- MAPP Assessment

Total Score: 7
- Length: 1
- Fun Factor: 2
- Fully Free: 1
- Accuracy: 3
For this quiz you actually have to join their site to take the test. It is very long, with 71 questions, and they take a long time to answer. The questions are also formed differently by asking for your preference between 3 statements. Upon completion they send you to a university advertising page before sending you to your results. You will only see partial results; they call this a free sample. You have to purchase an upgraded package for full results and they are quite pricey. They do show you an overly, somewhat confusing descriptive assessment. They probably have pretty accurate results, but in my opinion, it’s not worth the cost.
In Summary
These career quizzes probably won’t give you all the answers, but they will give you some solid ideas to go on. Once you have an idea of what you might want to do with your life, you can start looking for colleges to help get you there. Traditional universities are great, but if you are looking to get into a career quickly, without a lot of gen ed courses, try looking at a technical trade school. These types of schools can get you into a career in half the time and provide the type of hands on training that you just can’t get in other colleges.
So take a few of these career quizzes and take charge of your future. Once you take the 1st step towards your dream career, everything else will likely fall into place.
