Hand Massage Technique:
• Using the thumb of the opposite hand, stroke the back of the hand, pushing firmly toward the wrist. Squeeze hand all over, pressing it between your palm and fingers.
• Squeeze each finger and gently squeeze each joint. Hold each finger at its base and pull gently to stretch it, sliding your grip up the finger to the tip.
• Use your thumb to stroke the furrows between the tendons on the back of your hands from knuckle to wrist.
