
Grand Junction high school students at District 51 Career Center pass Snap-on 504 Meter Certification examination offered by IntelliTec College

Grand Junction, Colorado – The Automotive program at IntelliTec College recently offered an entry-level professional certification exam to local high school students at District 51 Career Center. Interested students took part in the free examination on February 12th. Over half of the students passed the exam and now have a head-start in the automotive career field.
District 51 is an alternative high school that specializes in teaching students a trade. This is why IntelliTec Automotive Technician Program Supervisor Mark Faudree offered this opportunity to their students. 30% of them, from freshman to seniors, expressed a strong interest in the automotive field. 30 students took the free Snap-on 504 Meter Certification examination, and 17 of them passed.
