It’s scholarship season! Please check out the Dean of Students’ scholarship board outside her office. Most scholarship applications have deadlines between February and April. The Dean of Students and Financial Aid can assist with the application process and connect you with instructors who can help you put together a winning essay!
Who is Eligible for What?
- Currently, Medical Assistants, Health Information Technicians and Dental Assistants who meet the criteria are eligible to apply for a $500 scholarship through American Medical Technologists (AMT).
- All students who meet the criteria are eligible to apply for a $1,000 scholarship through Colorado Association of Career Colleges and Schools (CACCS).
- NTHS members are eligible to apply for a $1,000 John Poteat scholarship from January to April. (more…)
Welcome 2013!
Welcome to the year 2013! We have seen a lot of changes in 2012, and this year promises to be just as exciting. In this past year IntelliTec has seen the inception of the Personal Trainer Program and the beginnings of the Biomedical Equipment Technician Program, set to start THIS TERM!!!
Campus Director Ray Ada has been quoted on several occasions saying that ’It’s all about the students.’ As we continue that focus, he has dubbed 2013 ’The Year of Student- Centeredness’. Look for more campus activities focused on student morale, well-being, and student growth.
Student Services Activities
Student Services, led by Dr. Randy Flynt, in cooperation with NTHS have come up with some great activities and events to get the year rolling… so keep an extra eye open for the cool happenings. In 2013, Career Services continues to work with students for job placement. What’s more, they are creating new avenues for students to be successful by hosting seminars and events giving students an added edge to pursue their dreams. (more…)
