IntelliTec College Sponsors Zonta Glass Slipper Ball - 2012

Colorado Springs, Colorado – For the second year in a row, IntelliTec College in Colorado Springs will be a top sponsor to the Zonta Foundation Glass Slipper Ball. This charitable event plays a huge roll in improving the lives of girls and women both locally and globally. IntelliTec College has chosen to take part in their cause.
Charity Event Details
The Sixth Annual Glass Slipper Ball will take place on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at I-25 and Circle Drive in Colorado Springs.
It is anticipated that up to 500 guests will enjoy an evening of gourmet food selections, exceptional wine, shopping at the live or silent auctions and finally dancing the night away – all in the name of charity.

Zonta Foundation Mission
Zonta president Sharon Roggy explains the Zonta mission as “a core belief that education is the key to advancing the status of women. We are particularly interested in helping girls stay in school, choose fields that are non-traditional (science, technology, engineering, math), help women return to school to complete college degrees and become self sufficient and economically independent.”

IntelliTec College not only supports the Zonta Foundation’s mission but actually offers hands-on training programs in the technical trades, computer, and medical career fields to help make this mission possible.
